White pumpkins are stunning and elegant, and when filled with colorful and simple standard carnations they become the center of attention.

 

Create an easy yet glamorous Thanksgiving centerpiece to wow your crowd.

 

Materials

 

• 1 medium sized white pumpkin

• 1 brick floral foam

• Approximately 20 stems of fall colored standard carnations

• Floral clippers and knife

 

Directions

 

1. Soak the floral foam in water for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the insides.

3. Cut the floral foam to fit the inside of the pumpkin.

4. Cut the carnations to approximately 5-inches in length.  Now insert them into the center and sides of the floral foam to create a dome shape.
